Seeking a smart, energetic, “get things done” marketing professional with experience in B2B social media strategy and content development. Construction industry experience preferred. The Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with the Director of Marketing but will be responsible for working with the entire Synchro team on building brand awareness and increasing sales conversion utilizing an inbound strategy.


  • The Digital Marketing Manager oversees the digital marketing strategy for the company and provides day to day management of Synchro Academy (online learning portal).
  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns to drive online traffic to the company website, raise brand awareness and increase conversion rates.
  • Create and manage social media strategy for the company
  • Develop and manage existing/new CRM systems and Email marketing strategy for the company
  • Content development – planning, creation and delivery of video, copy and photography content for both on and offline campaigns
  • Track and report website analytics
  • Maintain company website content
  • Manage KPI’s to provide full management reporting across all digital channels
  • Influence new online targeting capabilities to capture new audiences and create more online engagement
  • Arrange and host company and customer webinars
  • Draft blog articles and Press Releases
  • Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing
  • Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data
  • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
  • Willingness to travel (domestic and international) and present in large and small audience industry conferences and events
  • Provide support for annual customer conference
  • Effective liaison across all customers, partners and internal company teams


  • Bachelor degree in Marketing
  • Passion for construction is desired
  • Qualified member of the CIM or equivalent
  • Strong B2B digital marketing experience with proven record of delivering online, social media, mobile and email campaigns
  • Strong writing skills
  • Self-starter with willingness to wear many hats in startup environment
  • Knowledge/experience with HubSpot, graphic design and wordpress helpful
  • Experience managing PPC, SEO and websites
  • Strong understanding of inbound marketing concepts, strategy and best practice
  • Experience in ecommerce, Email marketing, and social media
  • Previous experience (minimum 3 years) in a similar digital marketing role
  • Excellent relationship and communication skills
  • Proactive and solutions-orientated with innovative flair
  • Very customer focused
