Serves as the primary Revit and AutoCAD resource for the University.

Responsible for maintaining and updating all OSU drawings and models, across all campuses, by incorporating construction drawings, from AutoCAD, Revit, and field verifications into a Revit or AutoCAD format for inclusion into the Space Information and Management System (SIMS).

Assist in converting existing AutoCAD based floor plans to Revit based building models and they develop, maintain, and manage in-house Revit families.

Responsible for reviewing and assigning room numbers for all new construction or renovation projects.

Create and maintain department wide visual communication graphics used for promoting services, recruiting, and project tracking.

Serve as a liaison between FOD (Facilities Operations and Development) and other OSU departments, architects, engineers, consultants, vendors, and contractors on areas pertaining to floor plans, standards, space inventory data and SIMS related requests.

Itegrate regularly with the efforts of the Facilities Data Analyst in service to customers.
