To explain the BIM and Asset Management connection, and thereby encourage infrastructure owners and their suppliers to optimise infrastructure asset performance.

Anyone who is involved in Asset Management, but particularly infrastructure asset owners (clients) and the supply chain.

Content

This paper outlines the benefits of an integrated Asset Management approach to asset owners, designers, contractors, operations and maintenance service providers and software suppliers. It gives a list of 10 recommendations to maximise the benefits of coordinating BIM and Asset Management.
